Barry White is my name and both of the above mentioned companies I have sole ownership as well as being sole director of both companies. BJW Developments was founded in June of 1992, and Executive Residences was founded in May 2001.
BJW Developments is a licensed builder and will construct the future projects with Executive Residences as the Developer. BJW Developments has been licensed since 1996 .

As I am a bricklayer by trade my first business commenced in November 1988 with just myself and a labourer working for a project builder. My companies have grown and so has my knowledge and skills necessary for the requirements of the projects. During the last ten years I have personally drawn the plans for the projects and project managed all of my undertakings to produce a quality outcome.
From 1995 until 2001 all of my projects were townhouses, from 2001 I developed replica Queenslanders on small lots. The reason for this was the loss of my father and I decided I just needed a break from Townhouses and time to step back and think what I really wanted to do for the future. Upon reflection what I really wanted to do was develop properties as it gives me the greatest satisfaction, to take a block of land and turn it into a quality development I can be proud of.
While this current project was in council for 3 years it has given me time to refine it into a Development which I believe, will be the benchmark for low density living in the close proximity to the city (within 11km to the CBD). I will do everything in my power to achieve the highest quality product that provides peace of mind for owner occupier and investors that desire the quality of living that this Development offers.
The Development consists of 2 stages containing a total of 30 houses and 16 Townhouses under a Body Corporate. All the houses are four bedroom with 2 car lockup with a minimum of 1 visitors car park with some containing 2, exclusively titled to the individual property. The Townhouses are 3 bedroom with 2 car lockup with 1exclusively titled visitor car park in duplex form.
The entire rear boundary of the Development is a newly constructed secondary college with an oval and parklands for community purpose. The Federal, State and Local Governments are contributing towards this scheme that will facilitate a lifestyle that has to be seen to be believed at your doorstep (artist illustration in photos). I have been working closely with the college to ensure the residences of this Development will be able to take full advantage of the facilities on offer.
